We were regulars at the old place and had the occasion to try their new location which was also one of our old favorite delis. We got there around 4:45 pm Friday the 3rd (Jan) checked out the menu and placed our order. We splurged for two medium pizzas, house salads snd two Stellas. At first I had a bit of sticker shock but after seeing the size of their medium pizzas not so much. And they tasted great. I am glad they are back and by they number of folks coming in to order the pizzas, Stromboli, and a host of other goodies they will staying at this new location and maybe even looking to expand the seating area.

John Aveluto and his family and friends haven't missed a beat since they closed they're other restaurant on Martway. It's the same classic Italian food where you can order ANYTHING on the menu and be happy! Service was great as well. Well done you guys. I'm looking forward to many more visits!

I've been eating at Avelluto's so long, and I've always loved it. They have amazing food, fast service, and a family-oriented ambiance that can't be beat. You have to try the Combo Sub with banana peppers - it's definitely my favorite!

Food - great Service - ok Ambiance - nice bright natural light and Italian color scheme. As a pizza lover I had to try this place. They have NY style crust and Sicilian style too. Went for the Sicilian and what a crust it was! Had mushrooms, black olives and garlic with it and my taste buds and jowels and tongue were ALL dancing the happy dance. House salad was solid as well with fresh lettuce, red onion and tomato slices, and a really zesty italian dressing. When I'm craving a good za, calzone or NY slice this will definitely be on the list.

So glad that this place opened back, albeit in a different location. The food is still delicious and can't wait to start brining people back here to try out the rest of the menu. My wife got the small Rigatoni with meat sauce and it was delicious too.

This review is based on the one item I ordered to go- a single, perfect slice of pepperoni pizza. I felt like I was back in NJ enjoying a slice at my hometown pizzeria. Thank you for the nostalgic deliciousness!! Counter staff was great, loved the atmosphere and music, I'd love to dine in next time.

This new Italian eatery served up a nice atmosphere, first-rate service, reasonable prices and delicious pizza during my dine-in lunch visit. I enjoyed the large (8"x10"), tasty New York style mushroom slice ($3.25 + $0.75 topping) and the house salad ($5.00). The salad was brought to my table just one minute after I ordered at the counter, while the slice was served just five minutes later. I found the staff to be professional, polite and well-organized, while the dining room was classy, with tablecloths, silverware and nice background music. I also noticed a small patio out front. The menu included pizza, Italian entrées, salads, sandwiches and desserts. Nice!
